DURATION:

The Limited Warranty extends exclusively for the following period of time: 

  • 6 months from the earlier of (1) the date of purchase or (2) the date of shipment of all products on site
COVERAGE:

  • The Limited Warranty extends exclusively to the following defects: 

To make a warranty claim, please email hello@curatedbyprovenance.com and attach the following :

    • Proof of purchase and delivery;
    • Written summary of the defect;
    • Picture of the defect; and
    • Contact information including your name, phone number, and return mailing address.
